Shipping and Returns

Shipping Assistance

We ship both UPS and USPS according to package size/weight. Smaller orders ship USPS express while larger orders usually ship UPS.
Time Frame: We ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. That means that the majority of orders will ship within 2 business days and will be sent according to package size and weight.
When will my order ship? On average, within two Business days
Will I be e-mailed tracking info? Yes, a tracking number will be e-mailed to the address associated with your account.

How to return/exchange an item?

We understand that there are circumstances where an item will need to be sent back to us. Please carefully read the options below:
Returns and Exchanges by Mail

Every item you purchase at Thlete is 100% guaranteed to meet your high standards. Whether you made your purchase online or in our store you may return or exchange it up to two weeks (14 days) after purchase for a refund minus shipping costs. Items must be in new condition with tags attached.

To make a return or exchange by mail:

1. Contact our Customer Service department at (651) 955-2123 and request a return/exchange authorization number. Please have the following information available when you call:

Reason for the return
Purchase Price of the item(s)

2. Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or a letter with the following information:

Indicate the RA/EX number on the outside of the box as well as on a copy of the receipt.

Backorders

If you choose to place an order for an item that is out of stock, we will ship the item as soon as our inventory is replenished. You will be charged at the time of checkout.

Warranty

It’s simple. We offer a lifetime warranty covering any manufacturer defect to the products we sell. All Thlete products will be repaired or replaced if a manufacturer defect is discovered. The warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not apply to normal wear and tear or field use.

Who can use the warranty? The warranty applies to the original owner of the garment only, It is non transferable.

Canadian Orders

We are happy to ship to Canada for a small additional fee. The fee will be added at checkout and is minimal ($15-$20). Shipping times may very but you can expect your order to arrive within 3 weeks

Yes, all of our gear is hand made by our crew in St. Paul, MN. We manufacture in short runs with extreme attention to detail.

Thlete Fit

We design our garments with an athletic fit, but they are not constricting in any way. Our base layers are designed to be snug and sit close to your skin. Our outer layers allow for full range of motion and movement.

Sizing consistancy

If you order a baselayer large, there is no need to order a size up in our outer layer. We design our garments as a system and size them accordingly.

Payment Options

We accept most major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as gift cards. There is also a Paypal checkout option if you are more comfortable with that type of payment.

Security is very important to us. We do not store any of your card information and use an encrypted SSL which guarantees a secure checkout.

Failed Payment

There are many reasons payment errors can occur and several steps you can take to resolve potential issues. Please review your personal credit card information and ensure the billing address is correct. You could also try a different credit card or payment method. If problems persist, please contact your bank, as it is possible your account lacks insufficient funds or has been flagged for security reasons.
